The Sedex platform is designed for suppliers to share one audit with multiple customers, meeting multiple requirements and reducing duplication and audit fatigue. In order to use the platform, companies must register as a member to Sedex and add their Sites of Employment in the system.
THE SOCIAL & LABOR CONVERGENCE
The Social & Labor Convergence Program provides the tools to capture accurate data about working conditions in global supply chains. This multi-stakeholder initiative replaces the need for repetitive social audits by facilitating data sharing.
Amfori BSCI
Amfori BSCI is one of the most commonly used social audit programmes in the world. Formerly known only as Business Social Compliance Initiatives (BSCI), the programme has revamped itself as amfori BSCI with a focus on social compliance improvement in supply chains across its 2,400 member companies globally.
CTPAT
The Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) is a supply chain security program led by U.S. Customs and Border Protection focused on improving the security of private companies’ supply chains with respect to terrorism.
WRAP
A WRAP certification audit will inspect your entire production process to ensure you are compliant with the WRAP Principles and provides your customers assurance that your goods are ethically produced. The 12 WRAP Principles consist of Compliance with laws and workplace regulations.
ICS
ICS is an international sectoral initiative with the aim to enhance working conditions along lobal supply chains of its member retailers and brands. ICS is composed of 70 multinational retailers and brands in the sectors of textile retail, footwear, electronics and furniture.
GLOBAL SECURITY VERIFICATION
They aim to secure trade, protect against terrorist acts, and to combat illegal trafficking. As part of enforcing and adhering to the international supply chain security standards, companies must assess their supply chain to identify, mitigate and eliminate potential security risks.
